DIRECTV is seeking a Senior Account Manager of Lodging and Institute Sales. This strategic leader is responsible for planning and directing or managing sales of products and services to commercial customers, typically larger businesses and institutions. While this is not a supervisory role, this individual contributor will oversee the day-to-day account management of L&I dealers within an assigned territory.
Here’s what you’ll do:

Work directly with Lodging & Institution Dealers to drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services.

Use of training, observation, and collaboration on ideas to educate dealers about sales techniques and DIRECTV’s new and current promotional activities.

Educate dealer associates and management on how to sell our products and services through training activities.

Provide Operational support of DIRECTV departments, systems, and infrastructure to Dealer Partners.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealer partners through personal integrity, sales and service support, and product expertise.

Driving and travel are essential duties and functions of this job.
What you’ll need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

5+ years of experience in sales and training.

5+ years of B2B experience.

5+ years of dealer/indirect/account management experience.

Strong written communication and verbal communication skills; Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business.
This role requires a minimum, but is not limited to, approximately 50% travel.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $72,200 - $131,100
Low (N1): $72,200 - $108,300
Mid (N2): $76,000 - $114,000
High (N3): $83,600 - $125,400
Top (N4): $87,400 - $131,100
