Position Overview:
We are looking for someone to provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to adolescents and young adults with autism in the clinic, home and community settings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with autism and special needs in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors and additional team members to support the client's needs

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation, local travel during business hours may be required
- Bachelor’ s degree, experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism preferred
- Second language a plus, but not required
Salary: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience
