The ideal candidate for the position is a team-player who is friendly, hardworking, and able to maintain strong communication among high-net worth clients and co-workers alike. The job is task-driven and requires the individual to think on their feet. This position will assist all members of the sales team in autoCAD design space planning, organizing the fabric department, running errands, assisting with estimates, and will help keep the showroom looking it’s best at all times. The work environment is fast-paced with many ongoing responsibilities but also many last minute assignments that will need to be tackled as they arise. Someone highly organized who has a fail-safe system for follow through on task completion and an ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects will do well in this position. Enthusiasm for interior design and home furnishings is a must.
This is a full-time position with opportunities to advance quickly within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Work with sales staff to develop AutoCAD furniture plans.
- Housecalls for home measurements (experience preferred, can train the right individual).
- Assembles and creates furniture models and technical specifications
- Documents and confirms product specifications are met
- Works with sales team to translate client requests into impactful renderings for proposals
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mac and AutoCAD (2+ years experience)
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- College Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field preferred
- Knowledge of residential furniture space planning
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, perseverance and optimism are essential
- Team player with a great attitude and friendly, outgoing personality is a must!!
