Aloha Pools & Spas began in the Cook family backyard in Trimble, TN 1969. It all started when our dad, John W. Cook was teaching our oldest sister, Deb, how to drive. He had forgotten to remind her to put the car in park when she turned it off, and as she got out it rolled into our above ground pool, damaging it beyond repair.

Aloha Pools & Spas - Marion is hiring for full time and part time Retail Associates!
Retail Associates play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer who visits our store. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, processing transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized retail counter area, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers courteously and effectively.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise on shelves and maintain visual presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the retail counter area.
- Promote sales initiatives and contribute to a positive store environment.
Past experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
