Elliott Electric Supply is currently hiring in our Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to hire and train our future managers and sales staff. In this role, our LDP recruit will train in all aspects of our operations according to the training schedule; warehouse, counter sales, inside sales, operations management, and outside sales. Typically scheduled as an 18 month training program.
In the past 5 years, we've opened 7 stores in Kansas and we have over 189 locations spread through 13 states. Elliott Electric Supply is the 9th largest electrical distributor in the nation with over $2 billion dollars in annual sales. We are a financially secure debt free company that is continuing to grow and need great people to help us. LDP recruits can be for within the KC metro territory, or they have the option of being company recruits to transfer to other states as opportunities arise if so interested.
Looking for college graduates who are looking for a career path. Must be good with computers, people, team building, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications for Recruits;
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Previous work experience in sales or customer service environment
3. College Degree with GPA higher than 2.5, if recruited straight from college
