Bridgehaven Financial Advisors is currently looking to hire a senior level Registered Client Service Associate (Sales Assistant) capable of providing administrative and operational support to our growing Financial Advisory team as well as delivering a high level of service to existing and prospective clients. We are seeking a dedicated, organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic organization and fast-paced organization.
As part of the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, this position is ideal for someone that already has their Series 7 and 63 or has the ability and willingness to attain these licenses after 90 days of service. Bridgehaven Financial Advisors will provide ongoing training and support to the candidate as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs.
- Communicate via telephone and email to address client issues.
- Answer client questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer requests and work to find on-demand solutions.
- Develop and foster relationships with existing clientele.
- Know when to seek assistance and report major issues to management.
- Create new account documents and maintain client records.
- Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
- Understand and ensure compliance with firm policy and regulations.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives, including website updates.
- Work according to set standards and operating procedures which will be learned on the job.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5-years previous experience as a Wealth Management Client Service Associate or similar role in financial services industry. Previous or existing Wells Fargo Advisors client service experience is a plus.
- Series 7 and 63 securities registration preferred, or willingness to obtain within 3 to 6 months.
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working independently and as a team member.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn by instruction and with on the job training.
- Adept at solving problems and troubleshooting.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
