Job Description:
Voyager Global Mobility is seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Service Manager to lead our service operations. As the Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our service centers, managing our shop teams, and ensuring the highest level of maintenance and customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
● Lead and manage a shop team across multiple service centers.
● Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective service operations.
● Monitor and maintain the operational performance of service centers, ensuring high-quality service and repairs.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize maintenance processes.
● Hire, train, and mentor shop managers and service staff to maintain a high-performing team.
● Travel to various service centers to assess operations, provide guidance, and conduct audits.
● Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
● Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
● Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
● Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
● Must be able to travel as needed, this is not a remote role.

Qualifications Needed:
● Previous experience in service operations management, preferably in the automotive industry, is required.
● Valid driver's license is required.
● Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
● Proven experience in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
● Ability to travel extensively to various service centers nationwide.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirement: Ocassional travel is needed.
