World Parts Direct is a successful, tech-based, e-commerce company founded in 2019. We are healthy, growing, and we are in need of one individual to take over the operation of our automatic-invoicing software. You must be:
-RELIABLE! → We cannot ship orders until they are invoiced, and hundreds of customers per day rely on our processes to function as intended. We need someone who is prepared to work with few to no unplanned absenses Monday-Friday.
-INTELLIGENT! → The bulk of our orders invoice themselves once you set up the program and start it. However, there are "problem orders" that require reviewing potential product sources, doing some math, and making good decisions.
-THOROUGH! → It is crucial to leave good notes on any order with a nuance and ensure the notes are saved, and that our team will comprehend what you're trying to convey.
Our new hire must be willing to learn the role from the current invoicing specialist in Royse-City, Texas. We cannot train you remotely. Upon getting confident and competent, you can work from anywhere. To repeat, this is a fully remote position after the training period. The faster you learn the nuances and how to handle them, the faster you can work from anywhere you like. You may set your own schedule as long as you complete your responsibilities every Monday-Friday.
