Job Description:
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the organizational systems, with a focus on Salesforce. Other systems may include EPAY HCM Applications, Microsoft Office 365, and other office-based security systems.
· Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations as assigned.
· Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues with the assistance of our Managed IT Service Provider.
· Assisting with setting up and configuring new user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
· Educating users on how to use IT systems and applications effectively and securely.
· Documenting technical procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
· Perform weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of our systems and data.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
· An adaptable and flexible attitude which allows one to approach and solve a problem by examining it from different angles.
· Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus. Previous experience working with ERP systems or Microsoft is also a plus.
Position will be hybrid meaning you’ll be required to come into the office with remote work privileges as agreed to by management
