JOB SUMMARY
The ICF Program Service Manager manages daily operations of designated two cottages for 16 Residents. Responsible to provide leadership, development, coaching and support to team of staff. Promotes and ensures person centered planning, compliance, and coordination of resident services. The Program Service Manager manages and collaborates with other Program service managers and the Support Manager to ensure quality of care for all residents. The Program Service Manager is responsible to assist with meeting staffing levels, recruitment and selection, onboarding and training, and evaluation of department staff.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
- Manages all operational aspects of resident care services of designated two cottages.
- Responsible for support, care, and programming for designated two cottages (16 Residents) that ensures quality of care and life for all Residents.
- Directly manages, supports and professionally develops staff team that includes QIDP, Active Treatment Specialist, Direct Support Professionals, Activity Specialist and DSP Mentors.
- Responsible team promotes and ensures person centered planning, compliance, and coordination of services for Residents.
- Coordinates with team and Clinical Services Nurse to plan, develop, and implement programs pertaining to medical, educational, social, and spiritual needs of individuals served.
- Participates in preparation and management of team budget.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages DSPs, DSP Mentors, Active Treatment Specialist, Activity Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years of experience in Developmental Disability field, and supervisory or management experience preferred
