Customer Service Manager Job Functions:

Provide stellar Customer Service to all clients

Handle all escalated client concerns immediately

Improve current operational systems and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Create and implement processes to eliminate errors, poor quality and/or time delays

Monitor workloads and productivity to ensure processing times are within expectations of KPI’s and SLA’s and quality is of high standard

Provide support to CSR's in case of high workloads, urgent deadlines, and/or absentees

Motivate and encourage employees through positive communication and feedback

Lead by example-display a positive attitude to employees, other departments, customers, and management

Motivate and encourage employees through positive communication and feedback

Recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, recognize and training (new and ongoing) employees

Collaborate with other departments to maximize processes and procedures for client success

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum 2 to 5 years of management experience in a customer service focused environment. Experience in litigation support is a plus!
