Job Summary:
This position consists of performing "In home air duct inspections" for customers that have already inquired about duct sealing/Aeroseal services and set up an appointment to have an inspection.
Prior HVAC Sales knowledge is not required, but is a plus.
The primary objective of these inspections is to finish educating the homeowners about our services, point out to them the physical problems in their system that we would be fixing, and to coordinate/schedule a date for installation.
This is an in home sales position, and as such, compensation is commission based. There is no cap on commission, and we are looking for an individual who wants to start their career and move up in the company over time.
Promotion options include but are not limited to
- Remote sales, with larger opportunities to earn commission
- Sales Management (with overrides)
- Ongoing account overrides
Responsibilities:
- Send confirmation texts to all scheduled appointments for that day
- Show up AT the scheduled time for each inspection
- Utilize sales techniques to analyze customer needs and educate them on our solutions
- Specialize in Aeroseal/Ductwork knowledge and be the foremost expert in the subject
- Utilize GoHighLevel to streamline and keep detailed notes about each customer as well as to coordinate scheduling
- Apply sales trainings to successfully convert appointments into scheduled service visits
- Represent yourself and the company with the utmost professionalism
- Collaborate with your sales partner (appointment scheduler) to maximize overall sales production and commissions
Experience:
- Home services sales is a plus (but not required)
- Proven track record in direct to consumer sales
- Proficiency in using software/CRMs
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships

Pay: $62,958.00 - $95,244.00 per year
