Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. The SMT Process Technician will be responsible for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality output.
Duties:
- Set up, operate, and maintain SMT manufacturing equipment
- Monitor processes to ensure they meet production standards
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize processes
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration as necessary
- Document all process adjustments and changes for future reference
-Review assembly drawings and jobs with colleagues
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
Nice-to-have Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent / Bachelors Degree preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
