Salary: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year depending on experience.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Litigation Attorney specialized in real estate-related cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or preference in litigation, willing to demonstrate expertise in handling cases from inception through appeal. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while attending court hearings as necessary within your designated state.
Responsibilities:
- litigation experience, willing to become lead counsel in numerous cases, with a focus on appellant court litigation.
- Become or is Proficient in managing all aspects of discovery with in-depth expertise in this area.
- Willing to work to Exhibit exceptional writing skills in producing compelling and effective briefs.
- Ability to identify all arguments, construct robust cases, and ensure their viability for potential appeals.
- Display a proactive and aggressive approach to litigation, utilizing all available legal tools to our advantage.
- Dedicated to setting case law rather than settling, maintaining an offensive stance from the initiation of litigation through case resolution.
Qualifications:
- Texas Attorney willing to learn, become or is a lead counsel or first chair capacity.
- Willing to gain or have Expertise in appellate court litigation is highly preferred.
- Willing to gain or have Extensive knowledge and experience in managing discovery processes.
- Willing to gain or have Exceptional writing abilities, specifically in crafting persuasive briefs.
- Willing to gain or have Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to build comprehensive legal strategies.
- Willing to gain or have Proven track record of aggressively pursuing cases to achieve advantageous outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensed attorney with a Bar License in Texas and we also welcome other prefered state liscnenses in South Carolina, or North Carolina.
- Flexibility to work remotely (hybrid position) and travel within the state for court hearings as required.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday and Flex.
