Overview:
The Vice President of Systems Engineering will provide strategic leadership and direction for the systems engineering department, overseeing both aerospace and network engineering initiatives. This executive role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in aerospace and network engineering, as well as a track record of managing and aligning engineering resources to achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure the successful execution of aerospace and network engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the systems engineering department, encompassing both aerospace and network engineering domains.

Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering).

15 years’ experience leading systems engineering teams and efforts.
- Extensive experience leading system engineering efforts, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement in executive or senior management roles.
