*Property and Casualty License is REQUIRED*

Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
- Servicing, reviewing and remarketing client property and casualty insurance polices
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
- Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Pass background check
- Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
