Job Summary:
The Commercial Sales Support associate "CSS" is responsible for assisting the Commercial Sales Executives drive sales. The CSS will report to his respective Commercial Sales Executive "CSE" and be part of a team dedicated to driving customer satisfaction with licensed commercial growers. The CSS will assist in leveraging HTG’s value proposition to compete for new business which includes: one-stop shop for virtually all brands in the industry, significant purchasing power resulting in best-in-class pricing, 7 strategically located fulfillment centers that can offer vendor managed inventory / just in time deliveries, commercial grow consulting services, and a portfolio of 700+ in-house products. Working in tandem with the CSE, the CSS will maintain positive relationships with commercial customers by providing ongoing customer service that achieves one or more of the following for customers: save money, save time, offer certainty. The CSS will exceed customer expectations by delivering on the HTG Customer Experience!
Duties:
- Support strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Be a resource and support for commercial sales managers and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your fellow associates on the Commercial Team.
- Manage inbound calls and emailsregarding sales and commercial accounts.
- Develop quotes for commercial accounts.
- Search and locate requested products i.e. warehouse, lead times, pricing on items
- Create and submit purchase and transfer orders for review and approval.
- Lead the picking, packing, and delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with HQ purchasing and inventory managers for product needs.
- Create shipping quotes using – ship station, fedex.
- Track customer shipments through the sales cycle from order to delivery.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP to maintain records and billing statements for commercial accounts through invoicing and collection.
- Involved in the full cycle of quotes to shipping.

- Efficient in prioritizing tasks.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability and willingness to learn NetSuite ERP with proper training.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating a forklift
- Knowledge / experience in the cannabis industry
- Knowledge / experience in commercial cannabis cultivation
