Service Dispatcher
Job Summary:
In this fast-paced position, the successful Dispatcher will provide exceptional customer service, work well in a team driven department, multitask, and efficiently coordinate and schedule service and sales calls.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service/sales calls from new & existing clients / and field technicians
- Analyze customer’s needs, prioritize and dispatch appropriately
- Coordinate with Sales & Project Management teams for scheduling
- Create and maintain accurate records from service calls & work orders
- Work cohesively with co-dispatcher for efficiency and man-power placement
- Participate in weekly service department meetings
- Other related admin duties as assigned including service data entry
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all internal and external customers
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and sound judgement
- Multi-tasking is essential
- Microsoft Office / proficient in Excel.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years’ experience in scheduling/coordinating
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer
Supervisory Responsibilities:·
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
