Requirements:
Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will be the key to growing our budding culture as we build the NYC office, you'll own all office operations and support all things HR administration, recruitment processes, and employee experience initiatives. You will be the source of our upbeat, engaging, and productive vibe and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Core Responsibilities
Office Environment & Operations:

Create and promote an office atmosphere which is welcoming, nurturing, and productive.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.

Order groceries, maintain kitchen areas, and ensure cleanliness in common spaces

Oversee inventory of office supplies, IT equipment, and merch.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Employee Experience:

Coordinate with the Global Employee Experience and Welfare team to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, including company events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.

Collaborate with HR and management to design and execute employee engagement programs.
Talent Acquisition:

Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, and coordinating recruitment-related activities.

Support in additional recruitment process activities such as sourcing or screening, as needed
Global HR Collaboration:
-
Collaborate with our global HR team to ensure alignment of office administration and employee experience initiatives with company-wide policies and standards.

Facilitate communication and coordination between local and global HR teams to support a cohesive employee experience across all locations.
Onboarding and Offboarding:

Coordinate new employee onboarding process, including workstation setup and orientation sessions.

Manage offboarding process, including equipment retrieval.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various teams and departments, including managing calendars, schedules, and appointments.

Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What do you need to succeed?

Proven experience in office administration, HR support, or related field

Available for a part time role in office 4x week

Experience supporting a recruitment team

Experience working with a global HR team

Experience in a dynamic startup environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a scaling site with changing priorities.

This position is part time and has a base salary range of $35,000 to $45,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
