Job Summary:
As a Front End Associate, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front end area. Your role will involve handling customer transactions, maintaining inventory control, and upholding the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front end.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area, including checkout lanes and displays.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Assist with training development for new front end staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and budgeting for the front end department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to wireless sales.
- Provide support in implementing inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
