We are a large Family Medicine Practice. Our Call Center position is very busy and fast paced.
You would be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system.
You will screen calls appropriately to delegate phone calls and to make sure calls are triaged when needed. You will enter phone messages into Athena One EMR., with attention to accuracy. You will transfer calls and overhead page depending on the need of the call. This position is responsible for scheduling of patients for our 9 providers according to protocol.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Prior medical call center.
Knowledge of managed care plans.
Prior experience scheduling appointments.
Basic Medical Terminology
