As a restaurant manager for our family-owned Italian establishment in California, your role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment. Your emphasis on service excellence will contribute to the overall success of our authentic and cherished family restaurant.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Lead and direct the work of the service team assigning responsibilities and setting expectations

Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience

Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards

Foster open communication between Team Members

Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives

Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles

Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community

Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
Qualifications:-
Must have 2 -4 years of restaurant managing experience

Toast POS experience a plus
