Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate projects and provide administrative support to various departments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with project coordination and calendar management
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
