The successful candidate will have:
- Consulting background in a large team environment. The Partner does not need to have led large programs but must have worked in a setting where substantial resources are required to serve clients.
- Industry experience in Consumer, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare or High Tech. Other industries would be considered, and our client is flexible, but depth in one vertical is critical.
- CIO-level consulting focus. The role helps CIOs address technology and business challenges along multiple dimensions. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to solve business problems using technology.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial creativity within a larger organizational environment. This role will allow a partner to flourish by supporting their ambitions, and so their experience must demonstrate the desire and capability to build a business.

Mission:
- The new Partner will be responsible for growing a consulting business with substantial support from a committed executive team, outstanding client relationships, and an openness to allow leaders to thrive and grow.
- The new Partner will be expected to sell and deliver technology-enabled consulting business, with an eye toward helping their clients consider how to use AI and help implement solutions. They will incorporate more traditional consulting and technology services as they grow their practice.
Industries, Location, and travel:
Our client has immediate needs in the following industries: Consumer Products, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and High Tech. Partners are expected to live near their markets to best serve clients. 3-4 days on the client site is anticipated, with a preference for regional travel based on candidate proximity to clients.
Responsibilities: Partners are responsible for building practice areas through selling, thought leadership, team development, and mustering resources globally. They lead diverse, international teams and serve as the final authority for client deliverables. They team up with the larger technology services organization to implement their recommendations.
