About this position
In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping expand our services across our market by building a strong new customer base. As our first point of contact, you’ll provide comprehensive and accurate information about our services while highlighting all the ways we exceed our customers’ expectations. At the same time, you’ll also be a great listener who can identify a customer’s challenges and explain how our treatments can solve them.
Responsibilities:
- Sales appointment scheduling
- Cold calling for outside and inside sales
- Expert knowledge of our products and services
- Following up with prospects
- Collecting payments when necessary
Requirements:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be self motivated and take ownership of schedule
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Willing to collaborate with all members of the team
