The Role
On behalf of our client, TalentCaddy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendent to lead construction projects for wood frame multi-family projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day job site activities
- Implement field standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and mentor field personnel
- Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain effective team relationships
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers on progress and issues
- Participate in various project meetings, from pre-construction to closeout
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Experience in one of the following sectors: multi-family (preferred), healthcare, or private education
- OSHA 30, CSL License, and hot work permit
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and quality control processes
- Adaptability to work nights and weekends when required
