We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnerships to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong business development background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR VP STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS:
- Responsible for managing relationships with client executives, top decision makers and sponsors within our strategic account base as well as developing and strengthening senior customer relationships within large national/global accounts.
- Responsibilities will include entry into new ecosystems, while strengthening and maintaining existing relationships.
- Develops a deep understanding of the partner's strategy, business, operations and needs in a way that helps identify the optimal ways to construct the partnership for maximum impact and successful execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly event and conversion expectations for inquiry generation.
- Oversee and support various field team responsibilities including, but not limited to, expense management & training, metrics management & training, new hire onboarding & training, CRM management & training.
- Provides leadership and direction to team members on territory development, event development and execution, lead processing and follow-up.
- Function as the primary PE strategist that can initiate, coordinate, communicate and build accountabilities for those responsible to execute the strategic plan.
- Instill a vivid vision of the partner engagement direction and each person’s contribution to that vision, execute the vision, structure the accountabilities along the way and introduce a performance structure.
- Ensure budgets, organizational infrastructure, competencies, and resources are aligned with strategic priorities.
- Steward the deliberate Tribal culture of the Partner Engagement department, as well as the institution.
- Evaluates industry trends, regulatory changes, relevant proposed litigation, etc. and proactively executes effective solutions/strategies.
- Transform teams across the Partner Engagement department that can accomplish things they never thought imaginable including business objectives, interdependently balanced with the priority of an extraordinary, personalized student experiences and faculty engagement.
- Utilize dashboards, data analysis, metrics, etc. to assess strategic progress and evaluate meaningful improvement opportunities, to which those metrics and opportunities should be communicated to appropriate audiences.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, guidelines, accrediting expectations, etc.
- Prepares executive level presentations for the Board of Trustees and others as required.
- Prepare reports that highlight department results, trends, etc.
- Participates in various accrediting events, workshops, professional organizations, etc. to stay abreast of relevant upcoming trends and to facilitate the enhancement of Post’s brand and reputation nationally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
