```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized, technical and detail-oriented Office and Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Office and Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing payroll
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage calendars and schedules for team members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and other operational tasks using Epicor Eclipse
- Provide general administrative and operational support to team members as needed
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in office administration and operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with calendar management tools
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience, ERP or Accounting software experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with event planning is a plus
