### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
### Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- First time travelers welcome with 2 + years of experience
- Minimumof 1 year of Med/surg experience
- BLS, ACLS (AHA) required
- Able to read EKG
- Compact state license
- ASAP start
