We are seeking an Office Manager for our office in Hackensack, NJ. Secretarial or general office experience required. Must be organized and efficient with good interpersonal skills. Word and Excel skills a must, other computer skills a plus. Schedule appointments, field phone calls and manage correspondence and mailing for executive staff. Manage office needs including supplies and equipment. Full time with some flexibility on arrival and departure time.
