Our Midtown Manhattan client, a global leader in the Theatre Industry, is looking for a Contract Office Admin to join their team.
In this role, you will work in their office in Midtown Manhattan, Monday - Friday, assisting with ticketing support and chargeback analysis with an hourly rate of $22-$23. This is a contract role so candidates must be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Disputing chargebacks
- Fraud monitoring and reporting
- Forecasting chargeback trends and card monitoring programs
- Maintaining fraud filters and blocklist
- Other ticketing duties as needed within Audience View and Payment Processors
