JOB SUMMARY
beMarketing is currently looking to expand our energetic team and is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Client Services department. This position is intended for someone with previous account management, marketing automation and lead generation work and digital marketing experience within an advertising agency setting. The Inbound Marketing Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include support for beMarketing’s marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, B2B Marketing, list building, email marketing automation setup and execution of marketing plans including google and social media advertising, customer service and success. Responsibilities also include managing day-to-day client-facing operations, supporting Senior Account Managers in project management and assisting in other growth areas within the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, presentation and ultimately the development of client projects
- Creating and executing strategies: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to build a brand’s identity. Facilitate effective, results-driven marketing strategies for B2B clients primarily, but also B2C
- Email Marketing and Marketing automation: Managing campaign creation, list management and performance tracking for lead generation priorities
- Managing content: Managing content across many platforms such as blog posts, social media, and emails. Tying content calendars to campaign content priorities and strategy, increasing engagement and evaluating data
- Lead Generation: Creating landing pages and forms, lead scoring and nurturing campaigns
- Digital Campaigns: Supporting the digital team in strategic campaign planning for digital marketing. Analyzing results and proactive optimizations from digital campaigns.
- Analyzing: Analyzing data and statistics regarding the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making adjustments when necessary.
- Website Evaluation: Analyzing heat maps, customer journey and overall user experience to make recommendations for effective lead generation.
- Competitor analysis: Researching competitors and their prices, features, and reviews to make our products stand out
- Communication: Creating content that effectively delivers a message to the company’s targeted audience
- A/B Testing: Implementing A/B testing
- Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure all deliverable dates and requirements are met
- Prepare budget estimates, scopes of work, and proposals when needed
- Develop, maintain and manage vendor relationships
- Support Senior Account Managers with large client projects and relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in an agency with strong project management skills inbound marketing and digital expertise
- Experience with B2B Marketing
- Superior written / verbal communication skills along with strong customer service skills
- Online Lead Generation and/or Mobile Advertising experience preferred
- Persuasive, fact-based, and articulate with superlative collaboration skills
- Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities seamlessly within a fast-paced setting
- Tenacious protector of brand and quality standards
- Expert-level organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- The ability to solve problems and generate results
- An open decision-making process that welcomes input from others
- An overall positive disposition
- Familiarity with List building tools like Zoominfo, Seamless AI
- Certification required for Hubspot and/or other CRM and automation software
- Must pursue up to date Google Analytics/GA4 Certification
