Candidate must be a hands on Kitchen Manager with a minimum 5 years experience in a high volume full service restaurant. Bilingual preferred.

Monthly Inventory (Compeat a plus)
Food Cost (Costing and Ordering)
Training and Recipe Control
Labor Forecasting and Scheduling
Cleanliness (Health Dept) and Safety (OSHA)
