Sykes, Bourdon, Ahern and Levy is seeking a self-motivated, technology savvy individual to help implement and monitor a new software program.
This position requires executing a new software program, exceptional organizational skills, client management, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
Essential Duties:
- Implement new software program for use with existing clients
- Communicate professionally and efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Design and develop training program
- Manage and maintain in-house training on new software program
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Multifamily industry experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting preferred
