Our Customer Service team is hiring for Customer Service Advisors at our Scottsdale call center.
Hi-Health / Vista Advanced is looking for dynamic, customer-focused health & wellness customer service rep able to handle inbound and outbound calls for both new and existing customers with the intent of fulfilling orders for nutritional supplements. Our knowledgeable staff uses their interpersonal skills as they handle a variety of customer inquiries such as answering product questions, helping determine appropriate customer needs, and educating the customer. They must have the ability to actively listen to and build customer loyalty through follow-up calls to customers.
Responsibilities:
· Perform inbound and outbound calls
· Provide an outrageous experience for all customers by including supplement to help improve their Lifestyle
· Meet and exceed key KPI goals – Calls per hour & Quality of sales
· Handle customer service calls to resolve problems by clarifying issues
· Maintain customer confidentiality
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking preferred
· Minimum of one year blended call center experience (inbound and outbound calls)
· Preferred experience working in a call center environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated team player, goal oriented, and driven to succeed
· Confident and passionate
· Follow up and persuasion skills
· Ability to work independently as well as on a team
· The ability to speak clearly and an excellent phone voice
· The ability to multitask: talking, listening and computer skills
