We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Warehouse Laborer for our and 2nd & 3rd shift production team in our food manufacturing and warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate food production machinery efficiently and safely.
- Assemble food products accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
- Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Handle and manipulate small parts and food components with precision.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Communicate any issues or defects found during inspection to the supervisor.
- Load and unload parts and materials into machinery.
- Ensure machines are properly calibrated and adjusted for product specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to detect problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours.
Pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
