Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Bridal Operations Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, the Bridal Operations Assistant will be providing overall support to the Bridal Department, working hand-in-hand with the Bridal Sales Team to support day-to-day operations as well as partnering with cross-departmental stakeholders on behalf of the Bridal Team. Responsibilities:
Bridal Operations
- Manage the client invoicing process, including the creation and sending of client invoices; own the accuracy of invoices
- Maintain our CRM system on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accuracy and reflection of all client touchpoints in our systems
- Update and maintain all departmental SOPs/documents/systems to ensure they are reflective of internal processes
- Partner with merchandising team to maintain bridal product pages and make any necessary updates to ensure accuracy at all times
- Act as the bridal department’s informational resource across departments by communicating any changes, notices, and updates
- Proactively make recommendations to create and evolve internal processes to streamline operational efficiencies
- Provide overall support to the Bridal Department on a day-to-day basis including but not limited to: owning action steps coming out of weeking team meetings, communicating with clients on various post purchase services, owning accuracy of weekly appointment scheduling, and occasionally participating in various bridal related company events
Fulfillment Operations
- Manage all outbound shipments of completed client orders
- Partner with sales team to understand clients’ logistical needs for each order
- Prepare shipping labels, appraisals, and collateral for each order
- Prepare and package orders to be shipped out
- Facilitate and coordinate with sales team on client pick-ups
- Coordinate internal shipments between our bridal showroom locations and warehouse locations
- Serve as the key point of contact for our relationship with external shipping partners
Inventory Management
- Manage bridal shipping, showroom, and stationary supplies by ensuring they are stocked at all times and place all supply orders when needed
- Manage organization of all in-stock bridal inventory including but not limited to: ready-made engagement rings, wedding bands, and showroom samples
- Partner with operations team to create and manage inventory tracking for all supplies

Requirements
- 0-2 years of prior experience in an operational or support function
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Adaptability with software and systems required
Details - NYC
- Full-time role located in midtown NYC - 5 days a week on site
- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales)
