Job Summary: To set up and operate the Salvagnini panel bending machine
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Exhibit and promote safe work practices in all aspects of work
· Read, follow and document the job setup instructions
· Upload/download programs to the machine
· Perform basic program edits
· Load and maintain tooling
· Perform inspection and document as directed by the job inspection level
· Properly complete Quality Inspection documents
· Run and document per routing instructions
· Perform material handling functions including packaging
· Follows all safety policies and procedures in the performance of the duties and utilizes and practices methods for continuous improvement
