We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing and filing documents for projects and clients, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and providing general support to the team. The successful candidate will be somewhat experienced in the construction field, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff and management.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Familiar with google drive, spreadsheets
- Computer savy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Staten Island, NY 10305: Relocate before starting work (Required)
