Job Title: Branch Manager, Commercial Landscape Services
Location: Golden, Colorado
Reports To: VP of Operations
Compensation:
$120k - $145k base salary plus bonus, health, vehicle, PTO, Cell, Laptop and additional perks
Job Description:
Our client is a $40 million commercial landscape maintenance and design/build company with decades of experience providing clients with beautiful and well maintained properties. They plan to hire a Branch Manager based in their Golden, CO branch to drive the overall Landscape Maintenance, Enhancements and Snow Removal departments.
These services combined equate to $10mm in annual revenue.
As the leader of the branch, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality services to our clients, will manage the P&L and will focus on key metrics to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, production, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and complaints are proactively addressed through ongoing communication
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and promote a culture of safety and teamwork
- Hire, train, and mentor staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and meet production goals
- Develop and manage branch budgets and financial goals, including monitoring expenses, revenue and net profit.
- Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery across the company
- Participate in industry events and associations to stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership and management in the landscaping or related industry
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture practices
- Ability to manage diverse operating styles of staff and adjust to the seasonality of the business
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
