POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Finishing & Fulfillment Manager assures all products flowing through and from the retail department. This person is a subject matter expert in client requirements, retailer specifications, and quality control of packaging needs. The finishing supervisor is responsible for all internal and external communication to ensure on-time delivery, status updates, needs, and requirements. This individual works closely with shift leads to determine daily needs & output, supplies required, and full organization of finishing and fulfillment services. The Finishing supervisor champions the scheduling of products, teams, and projects until the completion of the tasks at hand.
TOP PRIORITIES

Ensuring efficient department operations between packaging, folding duties, hang tagging, SKU & bar code organization, and any additional fulfillment needs

Proactively communicates with internal departments and external clients to ensure proper supplies and tools are readily available for successful completion.

Organizes the department and projects to their entirety and is the go-to for all orders going to and through the finishing area

Manages direct labor planning and execution of the department
POSITION DUTIES

Work efficiently to complete all retail projects on time and in full

Proactively engage and communicate with clients on updates, requests, and timelines regarding projects with professionalism and confidence.

Proactively communicate with internal departments and management with a sense of urgency on needs for order success.

Updating and collaborating with clients on projects and shared spreadsheets
-
Participate in client meetings for current or future projects

Champion stellar quality of all retail requirements, including packages, labels, SKUs, etc.

Study and Understand vendor compliance requirements to avoid any chargebacks.

Continuously train the finishing team to comply with all client's full needs at a high level.

Subject matter expert in packaging, palletizing, and execution of dedicated retailers

Quick, proactive, and efficient communication with clients or vendors of order updates and statuses

Work closely with the packing and shipping team on routing needs, completion eta’s, and or any delays associated with orders,

Organization & well-kept inventory of all fulfillment tools & supplies

Responsible for the upkeep of department equipment and ensuring team members are in the know of procedures and cleaning duties

Build the individuals in the team to perform efficiently and keep up with all necessary KPI’s

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
-
Bilingual: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

3+ Years of industry experience related to Ecomm or retail
-
2+ Years of management or supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, and very personable

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible, Friendly, and engaging personality

Hands-on experience as a trainer or coach

Proven experience in retail management or retail compliance
