Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with key referral sources to drive business growth and increase market share. As a B2B Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and fostering long-term relationships with our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key referral sources, including builders, interior designers, real estate agents, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional service and support to address their needs and maximize mutual value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate efforts and optimize partnership outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
