Our service products include custom equipment rentals, short and long-term fair market value leases, maintenance, road side assistance, telematics and data tracking programs. Our primary customer base includes the food service, cold supply chain, and transportation customers.
We are seeking an outside sales professional with financial product and fleet industry knowledge with proven sales success, customer service and customer retention experience. Our sales team is supported by a highly skilled customer service and value creation / cost savings consulting team of financial and fleet experts.
The successful candidate will be based within the geography and will be disciplined to spend 80% of the time in outside sales activity, including C-Level consulting and sales account management. Overnight travel is required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years successful National sales background - true hunter role
- Fleet management, fleet maintenance, trailer, refrigeration or medium / heavy duty truck experience
- Financial product knowledge including various lease structures
- Background in Developing and Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Organized, Disciplined Professional with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work with data sets, fleet reporting, excel modeling and interpret and explain value opportunities derived from fleet analysis
- Four Year Degree
- Ability to work full time
- Ability to drive up to 75% of the time
- Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
Preferred:
- Previous Rental, Leasing, or Equipment Management Experience
- Professional Sales Training
- Minimum 5 year(s) of Profitable Sales/Account Management Experience
- Internet and Software Skills
