Overview:
MUST BE LOCAL TO NAPLES ALREADY NO EXPECTATIONS TO THIS. We are working with NY savvy couple in Naples, FL looking for a local full time Assistant/House Manager for there condo and studio both located in Naples, FL. This is a full time role working out of the couples home assisting with admin duties, bill pay, scheduling, managing vendors and working with building staff as needed, able to drive, do errands, shopping, stock home and any day to day needs for the home. They are looking for a local candidate who is an excellent communicator, detailed, NY savvy style of working and someone looking for a long term role. Typical schedule is M-F 9-5:30pm. Must have 5 years experience in private service.
Duties:
- Manage household staff and schedules effectively
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Plan and prepare meals for the family
- Organize and supervise childcare activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the residence
- Assist with event planning and hospitality for guests
- Handle administrative tasks related to household management
Experience:
- Proven experience in time management and multitasking
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Background in childcare and housekeeping management
- Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation
- Knowledge of property management practices
- Ability to maintain a clean environment with attention to detail
- Experience in event planning and hospitality services
