Mission:
This position supports the full Logistics function (shipping, receiving, inventory) for two divisions of Antolin, including monitoring all customer shipments for LVL and LV2, contacting carriers, customers, reporting material discrepancies, and leading the duties of the Logistics Warehouse Team. Collaborating with the Leadership Team and the Material Planning Team.
Essential Functions of Role:
- Supervisory Capacity: Direct Reports: 6-10
- Maintain and monitor all customer shipments for LVL and LV2 (Contact carrier or customer when applicable)
- Housekeeping of the warehouse, plant and outside
- Implement and maintain the warehouse layout with materials team
- Report out Materials issues at daily meeting with material handlers (Send daily and/or nightly report to materials team)
- Guarantee a First-In First-Out materials flow.
- Understanding of all customer web systems and updates.
- Ensure receiving procedure is followed from unloading to storage in rack locations for LVL and LV2
- Maintain hourly UET’s and update as needed
- Maintain multiskilling matrix for all material handlers for LVL and LV2
- Monitor recycling and trash disposal and call disposal company when needed
- Monitor pallet recycling trailer and have trailer replaced when needed
- Responsible for training new material handler operators and recording and storing training records
- Responsible for continuous training of all current material handlers
- Responsible for discipline of all material hourly employees and review actions/ issues with Materials Manager
- Responsible for cycle counts of parts when requested
- Maintain material handling function instructions for both LVL and LV2 and update records when needed
- Maintain inbound delivery process that tracks all shipments received during a perspective shift
- Maintain inventory levels of company owed racks
- Update any issues with shipments for planners
- Maintain material handler hours using ADP
- Other tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Level Degree
(Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or OTJ Training in manufacturing, customer service and three (3) years materials/purchasing experience
Years of Experience Required:
- 1 -3 Minimum Years of Experience with Supervisory experience
- 1-3 Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Language Required: English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Conversational Spanish preferred
