Role: Serve as a manager leading performance and strategy over one the key business departments: developing persons in the kitchen, training, and culinary operations. Lead in kitchen restaurant operations. Lead in developing strong interpersonal relationships with others in the kitchen and on the leadership team.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 20+ in kitchen

Develop future leaders

Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week

Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week

Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance

Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service

Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress

Oversee business expenses and maximize profits

Develop future leaders
Qualifications:

Bilingual English and Spanish

Experience in team leadership

Compensation:

Wage: $24/hr at 40 hrs/wk
