We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the IT operations across three Winchester sites. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical expertise with CMMC Certification, design, and implementation of projects to automate processing or improve all business systems, supporting day-to-day IT activities, and keeping operations healthy and maintained. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to ensure the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure while supporting our strategic goals. You’ll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years’ experience working in an IT Lead capacity
- Multisite experience supporting various priorities in more than one location
- Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with virtualization platforms, particularly Hyper-V and VMWare
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems
- Proficiency with endpoint security deployment, keeping endpoints secure, and device management policies
- Experience in ERP systems management is required
- Experience with security policy development and deployment in Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments (GCC High experience is a plus)
- Experience developing and managing incident response plans and recovering from security incidents
- Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
- Understanding of CMMC certification is a plus; alternately, experience with other compliance or security frameworks, such as NIST CSF and ITAR requirements
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional Certification is a plus

What will you be Accountable for?
- Provide key support for critical systems, including internal communication tools, business operational tools, and homegrown platforms
- Develop and maintain local networks and systems in ways that optimize performance, while ensuring the security and privacy of all networks and computer systems
- Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses
- Analyze and implement organizational integrations, processes, and systems
- Maintain and test business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT-related policies to ensure best practices are adhered to
- Responsible for IT strategy & budgeting
- Responsible for the technical implementation of requirements needed to address control gaps and satisfy compliance for the Department of Defense (DOD) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $90k to $115k. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
