Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers to receive and process orders accurately
· Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
· Tracks orders for customers and resolves shipping/order issues for customers
· Coordinate scheduling pickups with carriers
· Must have 3PL knowledge and vendor compliance to Major Department and Chain Discount Stores
· Inventory control
· Acts as a liaison between customers and all other departments
· Maintain and update customer files
· Follow-up on orders in progress
Job Requirements:
· Must have knowledge of vendor compliance for major department stores
· Applicant must have minimum 1 years experience in logistic and warehousing
· Must be fluent in English. Spanish and English Bilingual a plus
· Excellent math and data entry skills
· Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
· Must be able to multi task and pay attention to detail
· Must handle customer issues with a sense of urgency
· Must possess good computer skills
