Summary:
- In this role, you will visit the staff or meet with those remote via Zoom VC and have one-on-one interaction with the employees. You will be providing additional details on computer builds, deployments, and gathering information from the user on personal preferences and answer any questions they have regarding the computer equipment, OS and applications.
- You must possess superior communication and customer service skills, must have the ability to interact with all levels of staff (attorney and non-attorney), have experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Responsible for installing the computer image via SCCM, performing quality control and installing the physical equipment at the desk. You will also be responsible for labeling and keeping track of inventory and returned equipment.
- Initiative and ability to work independently. Lifting and moving of computer equipment is required; will be crawling underneath desks, etc.
- You will provide direct computer support to the end user community.
- You will represent the IT department and must be professional, friendly, and supportive.
Responsibilities:
- Tasks include and are not limited to troubleshooting general computer problems related to Microsoft Office applications, Operating System issues, Active Directory administration, networking issues, printing problems, etc.
- Operating System support for Windows 10.
- Windows Server and VMware knowledge a plus.
- Application support of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Hardware support for computer PCs and Printers
- Software Application installs and upgrades including patch management
- Administering user accounts in Active Directory
- Building and Imaging Desktop Operating Systems
- General Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Desk phone support and Mobile Device Management of iPhones and Android
- Audio/Video support for Conference Rooms
- SharePoint administration, including creating sites, managing permissions, document libraries, and custom lists.
Qualifications:
- Computer Training or Work Experience in a technology field
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft technologies and products
- Familiarity with telecom and mobile device technologies
- Microsoft SharePoint administration experience a plus.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills – Professional, Friendly, and Courteous
- Resourceful with ability to manage tasks and issues independently
- Strong team player with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency and organization are a must to perform the job effectively

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
