Position Located in Winchester, VA
Summary
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing opportunities for expansion of services, with heavy focus on customer retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Establishment of the post-sales relationship with customers.

Review customer requirements, set up inspection dispatches, noting 3rd Party Requirements.

Review inspections monthly to ensure all dispatches are due, cancel/delete any that are no longer needed, confirm that all inspections have been performed.

Create deficiency proposals, create and dispatch work orders, and notify customer of repair timeline.

Follow up on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services.

Periodic checking in with clients in between service intervals.

Address customer service requests regarding billing, pricing, inspections and other.
Education and/or Experience
2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
